Today, I was reflecting on my life, and all of the potential opportunities, and possible missed opportunities, and choices that I may or may not have viewed as opportunities, and it dawned on me, Life is a precious gift. We are not the circumstances that present themselves in our life, but how WE proceed, and react to the obstacles and challenges signal the changes, and Karma that presents it’s self. Understand that by controlling Your breath and your attitude determine how you receive, accept, and how quickly you recover from a situation. In Qi Gong mediation, it allows you to regain your sense of self, as your breath is an extension of the Divine, so inhale MORE courage, and Exhale all the Fear that has immobilized you from your divine gifts, and crippled you from movement forward. Be kind and FORGIVE, and know that you are worthy of the DIVINE’S love , and MERCY! Goddess Blessings! and Come Conquer your FEARS and gain your COURAGE to be whatever the Divine has created you to do! In Love and Light!
